Croydon Judo Club on Tour to the AM–CAN International Judo Challenge On Thursday 23rd May 2019 a combined group of Judoka from various London Judo Clubs set off to travel to Canada to attend the annual AM-CAN International Judo Challenge to represent Croydon Judo Club From left to right Clement Raphael, Jacqui Lloyd, Brian Curran (Coach), Victor Brandao and Nicole Simpson

With 9 players entered and 10 medals that cant be bad........ Przemek competing in both the Dan Grade and the Master even.

Great performances form all of the team especially as it was the first competition for some and the first for a long while for others. Outstanding Judo from all participants we look forward to our the Croydon Judo CLub event in Septmember

Croydon Judo Clubs Second annual competitions a big hit with judo players.

Saturday the 17th September saw judo players from all over the country decent on Croydon to take part in Croydon Judo Clubs second annual Ne-Waza Competition (that’s contests fought entirely from the knees without standing up).

Continuing the 2016  medal success 4 club players visited Worthing sport centre today to take part in the South Coast Senior Kyu and Dan split grade event.
 
Andrezj bought home a bronze medal in his first competion, and was joined with bronze medals for  Caitlin and Mairead. Well done guys. James,lightest in his category.... not that this is anything new......
