On Tuesday 3rdMarch our friends from Finland returned, to Croydon Judo Club for a junior class of animal exercises, movement and judo games with Sam Dunkley, ex British Squad member and BJA Development Officer. Excellent attendance at the class of 40 plus juniors made it exciting, good fun and a really good learning experience.
Not to be out done, the class continues with Sam looking at some exciting competitive techniques with the adults, again excellent numbers and commitment from all.
We feel very lucky to have been able to host these sessions for our friends form Finland and look forward to building on the twinning relationship in the coming years.
